Second Look!!

I wonder why I write …
For its only when my thoughts bleed…
They look for an opening …
To air out how I feel….
When the world has withered…
When the sun no longer is true to its dawn...
Where u don’t risk life...
To take a second look at what’s gone…
We may look further...
We may reach towards the glimmered shine...
Yet we tend to forget …
What in the distance we left behind...
For we slipped and shaped muddles...
Created blunders of ultimate kinds…
Yet we overlooked, left it unrewarded …
What had made us from once a nil to a now nine...
For not a soul was made perfect …
And life’s an artwork of an unusual kind...
Where brushstrokes are harder…
To make imprints of moments so fine…
But in this world of gloomy affairs…
What is worth at least a minute of our time...
Is to take a 2nd look at ourselves...
And judge our path’s destined finds…
To scrutinize what we have made so far …
To thank the world and its flaws...
That made us learn of life’s intricacies…
That made us who we are!!
